Question 1

Which DMS systems does LISA support?

Accepted Answer

All leading DMS systems, for every brand. LISA finds customers, vehicles, appointments and orders directly in your DMS and creates entries there too – after a human confirms. On top come e-mail, calendar and telephony, plus knowledge and capabilities from importers, manufacturers, insurers and suppliers through the LISA App Store.

Question 2

Which businesses is LISA made for?

Accepted Answer

For dealerships and workshops of every size: franchised dealers with sales and service, brand service shops and independent workshops – from family businesses to groups with several locations.

Question 3

Is LISA plug-and-play?

Accepted Answer

No – and that's a good thing. LISA gets to know your business like a new colleague: your processes, prices and contacts. We guide you through onboarding, and qualified consultants with LISA certification keep supporting your dealership afterwards.

Question 4

What if LISA doesn't know something?

Accepted Answer

Then she says so. Every answer shows its sources, and LISA only acts in other systems after a human confirms.

Question 5

Who sees which data?

Accepted Answer

Every piece of information has a visibility – private, for a role, for the whole dealership, for all customers or for one customer. A caller never reaches internal data.

Question 6

I'm an Obereder-Castrol customer. What do I get?

Accepted Answer

Three months of LISA for free. Obereder is an official sales partner and helps with any question about LISA.
