LISA Roadmap 2025–2027: What’s Next?
LISA will launch in late 2025 with a live premiere and an exclusive pilot program. Starting in Q3 2026, LISA will be officially available, followed by a nationwide rollout in Austria and market entry in Germany. Early adopters will benefit from a continuously learning AI and a growing competitive edge.
November 28–29, 2025 — LISA celebrates its LIVE premiere at the Obereder‑Castrol Entrepreneur Day
At the Obereder‑Castrol Entrepreneur Day we present LISA live for the first time, fully operational and in action.
The Entrepreneur Day is where the industry meets: decision makers, operations managers, workshops and dealership networks. Right in the center of the discussion about the future, efficiency and digital support in dealerships — and exactly where we bring LISA.

December 14, 2025 — Phase 2 of the pilot program
Only a few weeks after the presentation we open the doors for additional pilot customers.
The next major step toward a bigger goal. Because this is where something begins that no lab and no development environment can replace: real daily business. With real customers. Real processes. Real challenges.
The following pilot companies therefore become far more than “testers”. Instead they become important partners on our journey to establish LISA as an integral part of the industry.
Pilot program: The test group grows month by month
Between December 2025 and the official release we add two new dealerships per month to the pilot program.

Because we want to stay close to real operations. Every pilot dealership receives full attention, direct collaboration and the opportunity to actively shape LISA — without sacrificing quality or development speed.

Q3 2026 — LISA becomes officially available to everyone
In the third quarter of 2026 we open LISA to the entire market.
By then LISA will have been tested in real businesses, further developed and stabilized — ready for dealerships that want to make their daily operations smarter, whether a small family business or a large group.
From that point onward you will be able to book LISA and integrate it into your own systems.
Q3 2026 – Q1 2027 — Rollout across Austria
After the release comes the broader rollout across Austria. Between Q3 2026 and Q1 2027, LISA will gradually be introduced in Austrian dealerships.
Our goal: By the end of Q1 2027 LISA will be a permanent part of the industry — not a gimmick, but a serious operational assistant.
At the same time we handle support, training and seamless integration so that the transition is as smooth as possible.
Once the rollout across Austria is completed, we immediately continue:
By the end of 2026 we bring LISA to Germany.
For us this means: new partners, new regions, new challenges — and the opportunity to take the next stage of development together with German dealerships.
LISA is constantly evolving
Parallel to all these milestones, LISA continues to develop continuously. Month by month new LISA modules are added, existing features are expanded and the number of available integrations keeps growing. The entire ecosystem becomes more comprehensive, stable and better connected.
